SHIPPING:

We ship via UPS, USPS and FedEx. All of our products are shipped from one of our many warehouses from within the United States. Packages generally arrive within a few days, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping we will issue you a shipping refund if your package does not arrive during the guaranteed time frame.

*Free Shipping is offered if your products add up to $199 or more. This may exclude some over sized items that require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight, or because they have to be delivered by truck freight. You can call Customer Service prior to ordering to see what your total price may be at 888-312-6099. 

 

HANDLING TIME:

We strive to get all orders received before 2 PM EST shipped out the Same Day. We will contact you if for some reason there are any unforeseen delays or if a product is Special Ordered. We ship weekdays, Monday-Friday. We Do Not ship on Saturday, Sunday or USPS Holidays. Orders received after 2PM EST Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a Holiday

Please Note:  Tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This could be later in the evening.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

For orders shipped outside the USA, Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order. These charges are normally collected by the delivery carrier (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
